Alicia Harmeyer
Administrative Assistant
Alicia was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia to a blended family with three sisters and two brothers. Being the youngest by far, Alicia had a lot to prove. An honors student throughout school, learning has always been a priority. After highschool, with two years off to start her family, Alicia put herself through her Associates Degree in Office Administration.
Now with a blended family of her own, Alicia and her husband, Todd, have four children. They enjoy family time together at the park, or just settling in and enjoying a good movie.
Being a new immigrant to the United States has had its fair share of challenges. From navigating a new city, a new country, and a new life, Fort Wayne has now become home. With a construction background from the age of 16, Alicia is bringing her skill and knowledge to the team as Office Administrator.
John Woodfill
Sales Representative
John was born and raised in Fort Wayne to a fun-loving family. He and his three brothers and one sister had fun growing up together; Sports have always been a big part of their lives...John played hockey at McMillen Park Ice Arena, and several other sports throughout high school at Concordia Lutheran.
John and his wife, Becky, have five children and six grandchildren together. They enjoy going camping, hiking, and doing DIY woodworking projects together. Aside from playing with his grandchildren, John also enjoys golf, cornhole, hockey, softball, and disc golf.
As for his professional experience...John grew up working for his family's construction business at the age of 14, when he started on the clean up crew picking up shorn shingles. By 16, he was on the roofing crew, in the hot sun, installing various types of roofing materials. Eventually he moved up to sales, and set records for his family's business.
Over 30 years later, John joined our team to start Midwest Roofing in Fort Wayne at the end of 2023. We are so glad that he is part of the team, and look forward to the next several years as we watch him grow the company we love so much.

Accounting Manager | All Locations
Helena is a dedicated accounting manager with 10 years of experience in the field. She plays a vital role in all locations, helping to keep the company operating.
With a background in accounting and business management, Helena is committed to delivering accurate accounting reports, and ensuring both vendors and customers are satisfied. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking and spending time with her family, especially attending her children’s sporting events.
